Diploma in Professional Ground Staff Services

6-month course for those just starting out in aviation & who would like to make an international career managing ground operations at an airport.
Ground staff personnel work at airport information desks, in fares & ticketing, baggage handling or in other roles within an airport. In Avalon Academy's Ground Staff course, classes are held 5 days a week, for 2 hours each session.

Eligibility

Class 12/ 10+2. Age between 17 & 26 years on date of joining the course. Graduates may also opt for this course.

Curriculum

This is an intensive course that covers diverse modules & includes an airport internship.

Course highlights

The course includes soft skills & personality development modules that prepare the students for airline & airport ground staff careers as well as for careers in hospitality or any service industry.

Students get an opportunity to gain ‘Industry Accepted Work Experience’ through airport internships.
